These terms and conditions apply to purchases from uroco.
Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Agreement
This Agreement applies to your purchases of Product(s) from this Website. The parties to this Agreement are:
(1) You, the purchaser, referred to throughout this Agreement as “you” or “your”; and
(2) by siegrist, a Sole Proprietorship (Einzelfirma) registered in Glattpark (Opfikon), Switzerland, operating the online shop "uroco", referred to in this Agreement as the “Company”, "uroco", “we”, or “us”.

We may make changes to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, but the latest version will always appear on this page. Any changes to this Agreement will apply to all new orders placed after the change is published on the Website. You should check this Agreement before placing each order.

Separate terms and conditions apply to your use of the Website. By using the Website (even if you do not purchase any goods), you agree to be bound by the Website Terms of Use. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Website Terms of Use, this Agreement will prevail.

2. Definitions
In this Agreement:
• ‘Product’ means any item available for sale on the Website.
• ‘Website’ means our website located at uroco.ch.

3. Ordering
Orders of Product(s) are subject to availability. When you place an order, we will acknowledge receipt of your order by email. However, the order becomes legally binding on us only when we send you an email confirming dispatch of the Product(s). If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

We endeavour to ensure that product details displayed on the Website are correct and up to date. However, any error or omission in information on the Website or in any communication issued by us may be corrected without liability on our part. In such cases, you will be given the option to re-confirm your order at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Images of products on the Website are intended as a guide, and actual products may differ slightly. All weights and dimensions provided are approximate.

4. Payment and Pricing
Unless otherwise stated, all prices shown on the Website are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are inclusive of Swiss Value Added Tax (MwSt.) and any other applicable local taxes. Product prices do not include delivery charges, which will be added to your total order price during checkout.

If we cannot accept your order for any reason and payment has already been received, we will process a full refund within 7 days.

5. Delivery
Delivery is currently available for addresses within Switzerland only. Ordering goods for delivery outside Switzerland is not possible.

We ship parcels using Swiss Post. Estimated delivery times depend on the delivery method selected but are typically between 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (CET) Monday through Friday are dispatched on the same day; orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

Risk of loss and damage to the Product(s) passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order. You become the owner of the Product(s) upon delivery.

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before confirming your order. If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information provided by you, you will remain responsible for all original shipping fees as well as any additional redelivery costs. If a parcel is returned to us due to non-delivery, we will contact you. If we do not receive instructions from you within 14 days, we will automatically process a refund for the Product(s) (excluding initial shipping fees).

6. Cancellation and Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to cancel your contract or return a Product, you may do so within 10 days of receiving the Product(s).

To initiate a return or cancellation:
1. You must notify us in writing by emailing info@uroco.ch within 10 days of receiving the Product(s).
2. The Product(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by the original sales receipt/proof of purchase.
3. For returns due to customer preference (non-defective items), you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and the original delivery fee paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable. Only the purchase price of the returned Product(s) will be refunded.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned Product(s), we will issue a refund within 30 days.

7. Damaged, Faulty, or Short Delivered Goods
You must inspect the Product(s) upon delivery. Any claims regarding damaged items, manufacturing defects, or shortages must be reported to us in writing at info@uroco.ch within 10 days of receipt.

If a Product is determined to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent by us:
• We will reimburse you for the return shipping costs.
• You will receive a full refund, including the original delivery fee, or a replacement item shipped at no additional cost.

8. Intellectual Property
All content included on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of by siegrist or its content suppliers and is protected by Swiss and international copyright laws. Unauthorised use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, by siegrist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase or use of any Products, or the use of this Website.

10. Data Protection
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection laws (revDSG / nFDS). For details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy available on the Website.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement and all purchases made through the Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland (venue: District Court of Bülach / Opfikon).
