Refund policy

At uroco (operated by by siegrist), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to cancel your contract or return a Product, the following terms apply, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions for Purchases.

1. Cancellation and Returns (Customer Preference)
You may cancel your contract or return a Product within 10 days of receiving the Product(s). To initiate a return or cancellation:
• You must notify us in writing by emailing info@uroco.ch within 10 days of receiving the Product(s).
• The Product(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by the original sales receipt/proof of purchase.
• For returns due to customer preference (such as change of mind or non-defective items), you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and the original delivery fee paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable. Only the purchase price of the returned Product(s) will be refunded.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned Product(s), we will issue a refund within 30 days.

2. Damaged, Faulty, or Short Delivered Goods
You must inspect the Product(s) upon delivery. Any claims regarding damaged items, manufacturing defects, or shortages must be reported to us in writing at info@uroco.ch within 10 days of receipt.

If a Product is determined to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent by us:
• We will reimburse you for the return shipping costs.
• You will receive a full refund, including the original delivery fee, or a replacement item shipped at no additional cost.

3. Undelivered Parcels and Returns to Store
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before confirming your order. If a parcel is returned to our store because delivery was unsuccessful due to incorrect information provided by you or failure to collect, we will contact you. If we do not receive instructions from you within 14 days, we will automatically process a refund for the Product(s), excluding initial shipping fees.
